Convergence is even reflected in the language we use – communications, connections, networks. Basically, everything we do in communications is about bringing things together, be it people, systems, or technologies. So, we decided to take a fresh new look at convergence, sponsoring the Art of Convergence contest for young designers interpret the concept in a work of art.

Network Experience Tweetchat – Oct 18

Looking forward to tomorrow’s tweetchat with Nokia Siemens Networks and Telesperience on the topic of the network experience, and how critical it is (or isn’t) to the overall customer experience. Joining from the Amdocs side will be two of our OSS experts, David Chambers on the early chat, and Guy Maidan on the later one.

Recap: Tweetchat on Multichannel Selling

Last Wednesday’s tweetchat on multichannel selling was great – we had 14 participants during the chat, and the 340 tweets reached over 70,000 twitter followers – pretty impressive! Those surveyed rated the chat 3.8 out 5, citing good, well-steered discussion, overwhelming participation, and the interactive experience as reasons they enjoyed the chat.

Our first tweetchat was great!

Thanks to everyone who joined our first #doxchat tweetchat on capacity crunch, it was great! 39 people from across the industry participated, including analysts, OSS experts, journalists, tech PR reps, vendors, and service providers.
