This blog is a place where the Amdocs OSS team will come to share some of our thoughts and insights on the world of Operational Support Systems and the communications service providers who love them.  We will be touching on issues of network planning, resource management, capacity planning and all that other good stuff, as well as the market issues that are shaping the way we develop and apply those systems.

Here is a short bio of some of our authors. There will be more to come:

David James, Marketing Manager, Amdocs OSS Division

David has 20 years experience of marketing, managing and delivering software products and systems to the telecommunication and utility industries. As Marketing Manager for Amdocs, David is responsible for marketing Amdocs’ service provisioning and fulfilment products. Prior to the acquisition of Cramer by Amdocs, David was Product Manager for Cramer’s partner products. David joined Cramer Systems in 2003. Prior to Cramer, David spent five years with Lucent Technologies in various management roles based in the United Kingdom and the United States.

David graduated with honours from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer, a designation appointed by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Hadas Haran, Marketing Manager, Amdocs OSS Division

Hadas is a seasoned Telecommunications marketing professional with extensive market knowledge of operations worldwide. She has more than 10 years experience in the communications market with marketing, technical and customer-facing roles at Amdocs, Comverse and Trivnet.
