Old Loyalty vs. New Loyalty

What do bloggers, militaries and fundraisers have in common? They are all constantly thinking about how to increase loyalty. We know this is also an issue that service providers are struggling with – 82 percent of them said in a recent survey that Amdocs conducted together with Informa Telecoms & Media that customer loyalty programs would be “very important” or “important” over the next five years to their companies’ strategies.
